We’ve got 17 new images for Ridley Scott‘s Prometheus starring Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Guy Pearce, Idris Elba and Charlize Theron. The film is less than a month away opening on June 08, 2012. I finally got a chance to see the new theatrical trailer in 3D this past weekend in front of The Avengers, and it looks fantastic. I’m super stoked to go see this film.

So “the secret” has been out for a few weeks now, but I still can’t bring myself to write publicly about the ending of Liongate’s The Cabin in the Woods for fear of ruining some lagger’s future enjoyment. Despite the rave reviews, I know a bunch of people will wait to see this movie on DVD. Fools!
“The secret” is not that there is a high-tech control room beneath the Cabin wherein a shadowy organization is controlling the supernatural happenings above. Anyone who saw the TV commercials already knows that. “The secret” is why this is happening and who this organization works for. But those of us who HAVE actually watched the film know that the story itself is just as good as the reveal, with amazing visuals and a literal army of otherworldly beings.
I’ve already seen Cabin twice and still don’t feel like I’ve absorbed every aspect. The film is chock-full of interesting characters, allusions to other horror films, and truly original situations. Well, now I can take my time exploring the cabin at my leisure with The Cabin in the Woods: The Official Visual Companion recent released by Titan Books.

Today we get our first official look at Leonardo DiCaprio, Christoph Waltz, and Jamie Foxx in Quinten Tarantino‘s Django Unchained. DiCaprio looks absolutely fantastic as the villain slaver. Django Unchained hits theaters this christmas December 25, 2012.

We previously posted up a few production images from Ender‘s Game, one of which featured the cast in Zero G training. Two new photos have popped up for Gavin Hood‘s film adaptation of the sci-fi novel by Orson Scott Card. The first features “the monitor”, an implanted device that connects Andrew “Ender” Wiggin to his overseers. The second photo gives us a sneak peak at the set dressing for Ender’s very ordinary looking bedroom.
Ender’s Game stars Asa Butterfield, Suraj Partha, Moises Arias, Aramis Knight, Abigail Breslin, Hailee Steinfeld, Viola Davis, Harrison Ford, and Ben Kingsley. It opens November 1, 2013.

A boatload of new images have been released this past week for Ridley Scott‘s upcoming epic sci-fi thriller Alien prequel kinda not really movie titled Prometheus. I’m sure you’ve heard of it. It’s going to be great. These new pictures feature both the actors in action and on set behind the scenes.
Written by Damon Lindelof and Jon Spaihts, Prometheus stars Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron, Idris Elba, Sean Harris, Kate Dickie, Rafe Spall,Logan Marshall-Green, Guy Pearce, and Patrick Wilson. The film open wide June 8, 2012.

It’s taken long enough, but some stills from the set of Quentin Tarantino‘s Django Unchained have finally hit the web. One of these pictures features Christoph Waltz in costume as Dr. King Schultz — dentist turned bounty hunter turned mentor — who frees Django (Jamie Foxx) from slavery and sends him on his way to find his wife, leaving a bloody trail in his wake. The other pictures features Tarantino and crew looking at something with discerning faces.
